in order to address the problem before it starts, we here at fish turtle headquarters would like to make the following statement:

over the past couple years it has become fashionable to take names and mash them up. this phenomenon is most notably used in the names of celebrity couples such as 'bennifer', or 'brangelina'. we would like to state that this is not allowed for fish turtle. there will be no mashing up of names. some examples that will not be tolerated: 'furtle', 'turfish', 'fishurtle', 'tursh', 'turfishurtle', or any other amalgamation of the name fish turtle.
